I enjoy the varying challenges Dromone presents to its employees. You are encouraged to innovate continually and those that do are rewarded by developing their ideas. Through this you can gain experience in many areas while working with the wider team that you wouldn’t be exposed to in larger organisations. I particularly enjoy the range of products and range of stages along the product life-cycle I can be involved in. I could be working on a large OEM project that is beginning its life-cycle with an innovative solution; or I could be working on a unique design for a niche market that solves a customer’s problem.
