DROMONE was delighted to welcome the team from Wellman International to our factory recently. Wellman International was established in 1972 and is a close neighbour of ours, based in Co. Cavan. They are a European and Global leader in fibre production representing 4 key areas; Hygiene & Healthcare, Technical Fibres, Automotive, and Home & Apparel.
We welcomed the Human Resource Manager, Tanya Clarke, along with 8 of her colleagues at Wellman International. They were given a factory tour of DROMONE, and further presented with information about the Lean Systems and Continuous Improvement projects that we have in progress. These projects are critical to DROMONE as they enable us to meet the increased customer demands in Cost, Quality and Delivery. Our HR Manager and Operations Manager did a great job to ensure that the team had a successful visit. We look forward to welcoming the Wellman International team to DROMONE again in the future.
